Responsibilities

• Support kickoff and coordination across PM, Ops, Eng, and Sales.
• Schedule internal kickoff with PM, Ops, Eng, Sales and ensure tasks are entered in tracking software.
• Assist in mobilization readiness and resource scheduling.
• Monitor project status reports and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and billing milestones are tracked.
• Support business development and other departments as needed.
