Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Field Operations Managers and Project Managers from award through completion. You will help schedule resources, track tasks, and ensure timely status updates for leadership.

The role requires proactive, self-driven work and strong communication. Responsibilities include coordinating kickoff meetings, mobilizations, and post-award surveys, while ensuring accurate timekeeping, billing milestones, and project closeout tasks are completed

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and coordination of project activities from award to completion.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and provide status updates to leadership weekly.
• Schedule internal kickoff meetings with PM, Ops, Engineering, Sales and record notes.
• Coordinate site surveys, mobilizations, and post-award activities with stakeholders.
• Assist with billing milestones, job closures, and final deliverables.
• Audit SharePoint and SimPro processes and provide process improvement input.
• Provide support to Business Development, Sales, and other departments as needed.
