You will schedule resources, run site surveys, track tasks, and ensure PM reports are accurate and timely; you’ll also assist with administrative matters, event planning, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Must be able to commute to Plain City, OH.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources and assist with project mobilization.
• Coordinate internal kickoff meetings with PMs, Ops, Eng, and Sales.
• Track tasks, monitor status, and update project notes in tracking software.
• Support billing milestones and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Assist with administrative tasks, event planning, and cross-functional liaison.
