Omada Health in the United States is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a squad building member-facing systems. You will own delivery, cycle time, and the squad's quality, shipping production work each sprint while mentoring engineers and guiding AI-enhanced development.

You will partner with a Product Strategist to align scope with feasibility, set technical standards, and drive an excellent operational culture across the team.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in software engineering, including at least 2 years managing engineers.
• Track record shipping mission-critical software to production.
• Experience owning prioritization and estimation for a team.
• Experience giving direct developmental feedback with support.
• Shipping production code in at least one stack (backend Ruby/Python, frontend React, iOS, or Android).
• Comfort with an expert-generalist team model.
• Hands-on experience directing AI agents in production changes.
• Understanding of CI/CD, logging, monitoring, telemetry.
• Excellent written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the squad's delivery: sprint shaping, prioritization, backlog grooming, and estimation.
• Own cycle time, and explain changes.
• Ship production code every sprint in same codebase and workflows.
• Partner with Product Strategist to balance scope and delivery.
• Grow engineers and provide strong leadership.
• Own squad operational health: on-call rotations, MTTR, post-incident analysis.
• Escalate early and precisely with data-driven recommendations.
• Hire AI-augmented Omadans and foster growth.
