Job summary

You will document capacity decisions when resources are scarce and ship production code within existing workflows alongside builders. You will review architecture, identify weak designs, and contribute to incident response while growing and mentoring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own sprint shaping, prioritization, and backlog grooming across your squads.
• Make and document decisions on capacity when multiple squads want the same resource.
• Ship production code each sprint in the same agent workflows as your builders.
• Review architecture, catch weak designs, and be useful in incidents.
• Grow managers reporting to you, with their squad's health as evidence.
• Plan headcount, skill mix, and onboarding for an agent-heavy codebase.
