Omada Health seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to own a significant portion of our Member-facing surface. You will decide what gets built, in what order, and how the team grows.

You stay technical and shepherd production work across squads, shaping architecture and incident readiness. You will partner with Product Strategists to validate feasibility, cost, and timelines, influencing roadmaps with proven leadership.

Competenze

• 8+ years in software engineering, including 4+ years managing engineers directly.
• Experience developing another leader: a manager who reported to you, or an engineer you grew into a tech lead or EM role with real accountability attached.
• Track record shipping mission-critical software to production and owning it long-term.
• Experience owning prioritization and estimation for a team, including saying no, not now, and explaining why.
• Experience giving direct developmental feedback and managing through underperformance with support.
• Currently shipping production code in at least one layer of our stack with cross‑functional review.
• Comfort with an expert-generalist team model and AI agent integration.
• Understanding of CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and telemetry.
