Ladders is seeking an Engineering Manager, Dedicated Infrastructure to lead a remote team responsible for reliable, scalable, and secure dedicated infrastructure services.

You will partner with product management to prioritize work, drive improvements, and maintain production environments with high availability, while advancing AI-enabled processes and incident response in a distributed setting.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience building large-scale distributed services.
• Proficiency with fleet management, Terraform and AWS.
• Experience maintaining 99.99% availability SLAs.
• Familiarity with AI tools to boost team productivity.
• Proven track record in leading high-performing remote teams.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the Product Manager to prioritize work and ensure quality delivery.
• Maintain 99.9% availability and enhance security for dedicated infrastructure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members.
• Improve self-service workflows in production.
• Recruit and develop team members, fostering growth and accountability.
• Lead by example with proofs of concept and AI-assisted methods.
• Manage incidents effectively, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Use data to guide prioritization and risk management, and explain trade-offs to stakeholders.
