Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related technical field.
• 8–10+ years in data center or critical infrastructure.
• Experience with RCA and engineering change management.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of the data center operations runbook.
• Drive standardization across operations engineering processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with reliability, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams to translate requirements.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes.
• Establish and manage program-level metrics and performance tracking.
