Job summary

GitLab in the United States seeks a senior leader to head the Dedicated Infrastructure team. You will partner with product management to balance delivery speed and quality while guiding architecture decisions and incident response to keep services reliable at scale.

You’ll recruit, onboard, and mentor engineers, fostering shared ownership of development and operations, and you’ll drive automation and security improvements to support more tenants with confidence.
