Ladders seeks a Distinguished Engineer - AI & Engineering Transformation to drive AI adoption across our enterprise software products and shape scalable architecture. This key leader will partner with product and engineering leadership to advance AI capabilities and align technology with business goals.

You will guide teams in building AI blocks, influence modern development practices, and transform the engineering lifecycle while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software environments.
• Proficiency in delivering and productizing AI/ML capabilities in enterprise applications.
• Strong enterprise application architecture experience, balancing innovation and scalability.
• Experience leading engineering transformation with modern software development and AI workflows.
• Ability to influence across organizations without direct authority and align senior stakeholders.
