Job summary

DoiT International is seeking an Engineering Manager - Analytics to lead a hands-on, high-impact team across data and cloud operations. You’ll code and review work while guiding architectural decisions, ensuring reliability and scale in a multi-cloud SaaS environment.

You will mentor engineers, drive a culture of continuous improvement, and partner with Product, Design, and GTM to align technical work with business goals. Remote-friendly with global time zones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including hands-on leadership.
• Experience building cloud-based SaaS on AWS, GCP, or Azure with availability and cost ownership.
• API-first mindset; products accessible via APIs for automation.
• Strong SQL, database and BigQuery proficiency for data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record transforming an engineering team with measurable delivery improvements.
• Senior-level coding ability and current technical fluency in the stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, owning delivery and development.
• Foster continuous improvement and measurable growth of the team.
• Develop engineers through regular 1:1s, growth plans, and feedback.
• Build the next layer of leadership: tech leads and staff engineers.
