Akamai Technologies is seeking a Technical Account Manager II to lead large deployments, optimize performance, and strengthen security postures for major enterprise clients. You will coordinate with Support and Engineering to resolve issues, guide deployments, and align with customer needs.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in technical customer-facing roles, deep security/networking knowledge, and experience with cloud platforms. This role is based in the US with on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (TAM, solutions engineer/architect).
• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Engineering or related field or equivalent.
• Experience with microsegmentation, EDR, or Zero Trust products; cloud platforms; networking basics.

Responsibilities
