Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a customer-facing role and a consulting mindset
• Experience delivering large technical programs
• Knowledge of DevOps, web performance, and core internet technologies (DNS, TLS, HTTP)
• Knowledge of information security fundamentals and data protection tools/methods
• Familiarity with compute technologies and cloud-based architectures
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team

Responsibilities

• Owning customer success and acting as trusted advisor to help customers achieve outcomes with Akamai solutions
• Researching and assessing trends to guide customer architecture and adoption decisions
• Architecting and managing web performance, cloud computing, and security solutions
• Defining account strategy, building relationships, and maintaining a project pipeline
• Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team with a culture of empowerment and excellence
• Partnering with sales and pre-sales to expand services and solutions
