Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client relationships, oversee delivery, and bridge client needs with TCS capabilities. You will coordinate internal teams and manage scopes, timelines and finances for long-term partnerships.

Ideal candidates have extensive IT experience, strong English communication, and a deep cloud and industry background, especially in Banking/FSI.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years IT experience with 5+ years in client-facing service delivery/management
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector
• Strong background in Public Cloud (Azure, GCP), Insurance solutions, IT network operations and security
• Experience handling onsite-offshore delivery models and distributed teams
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal English communication
• Collaborating with TCS COE Groups and Practice Teams to meet client requirements
• Presenting to Steering Committee and Operations leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management as primary point of contact
• Orchestrate project plans, timelines, resources and deliverables
• Oversee project finances and contractual terms
• Address client issues and conflicts promptly
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Drive RFIs/RFPs and new business opportunities
