Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure satisfaction by aligning client needs with company capabilities. The role emphasizes planning, stakeholder management, and coordinating internal teams to deliver long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate has extensive IT experience, strong English communication, and a track record in customer engagement and service delivery within Banking/FSI environments,

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in client-facing roles in service delivery, client management, business development or program management.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry.
• Strong background in Public Cloud and Insurance Solutions.
• Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models and distributed teams.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Collaboration with TCS COE Groups and Practice Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, build trust and understand client goals.
• Orchestrate project plans, manage timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Oversee project finances and contractual terms.
• Address client issues, complaints, and conflicts promptly.
• Liaise with sales, marketing and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Drive RFIs/RFPs and new business opportunities.
