Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an Engagement Manager to build client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure client satisfaction by aligning client needs with company capabilities.

The role alternates between customer engagement and internal employee engagement, requiring exceptional English communication, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years IT experience with 5+ years in client-facing service delivery/PM
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industries
• Strong background in Public Cloud (Azure, GCP) and IT security
• Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models and distributed teams
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
• Collaboration with COE Groups and Practice Teams to meet client requirements
• Presenting to Steering Committees and Operations leadership
• ITIL Foundation / Intermediate
• PMP certification

Responsabilités

• Manage client relationships as the primary contact and build trust.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Oversee project finances and contractual terms.
• Address client issues, complaints, and conflicts promptly.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Drive opportunities through RFIs/RFPs and new business requests.
• Develop strategies to boost morale, satisfaction, and productivity.
• Align engagement efforts with company goals with HR and leadership.
