Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited seeks an Engagement Manager to build client relationships, oversee delivery, and ensure satisfaction by aligning client needs with TCS capabilities. This role blends client-facing engagement with internal coordination across sales, marketing, and technical teams, handling scope, finances, and RFI/RFP opportunities, with excellent English communication as a must.

Location: Remote with Southfield, MI base.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in client-facing roles (service delivery, client management, business development, program management)
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) industries
• Strong background in public cloud (Azure, GCP), insurance solutions, IT network operations and security

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: act as main contact, build trust, understand client goals.
• Project Oversight: orchestrate plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Financial & Contract Management: oversee project finances and ensure terms are met.
• Problem Resolution: address client issues and conflicts promptly.
• Internal Coordination: liaise with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Drive Opportunities: lead RFI/RFP processes and propose new business opportunities.
