Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a live chat support agent for the Energy Provider Campaign. You will be the first point of contact, resolving general inquiries, billing questions, and switching issues with a fast, friendly, and solution‑oriented approach.

You will collaborate with the 2nd Level Support team to handle complex cases, learn industry products, and meet SLA targets. This remote role requires strong English communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally in live chat.
• Excellent English communication (C1).
• Ability to manage multiple chats and stay solution‑oriented.
• Familiarity with Intercom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers in live chat.
• Respond quickly and kindly, meeting SLA targets for response times and satisfaction.
• Assist with general inquiries, billing, and switching processes.
• Coordinate with 2nd Level Support to resolve complex cases.
• Develop understanding of industry products and topics.
