Endless Energy is seeking a Customer Care Associate (Business Development Representative) to be the first impression for customers and a vital link between customers and field teams. The role supports responding to inquiries, scheduling, and guiding customers through the journey from initial contact to appointment.

You will work with sales, service, marketing, and operations, earning compensation including an hourly wage, commissions on appointments and sales, and performance incentives.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of customer service, inside sales, appointment setting, or call center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and multiple software/tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable transportation to Marlborough office.
• Experience in HVAC, home services, or sales is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Respond quickly to inbound calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for sales, service, and home energy teams.
• Follow up with homeowners and guide them through next steps.
• Make outbound calls to new leads, existing customers, and past proposals.
• Promote Membership Program and explain benefits.
• Reconnect with previous customers about open estimates and opportunities.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and communicate schedule updates.
• Follow up after appointments to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect customer information in the CRM accurately.
• Assist customers with service requests and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support marketing campaigns with timely customer outreach.
• Collect payments when appropriate.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, service, and operations for a seamless experience.
