Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, starting with battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets, you will maintain service records, create and close purchase orders, monitor work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, or related project activities.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and compliance.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across battery storage sites and provide backup support for other solar assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, attach documentation, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice issues.
