Job summary

Arclin in North America is seeking a Nomex Energy Solutions Business Development Manager. This role is remote across the United States or Canada and focuses on accelerating growth across electrification markets, including EVs, power distribution, motors, and transformers.

You will develop strategic opportunities with OEMs, end-users, and distributors, travel about 50% across North America, and coordinate with engineering, product management, marketing, and sales teams to drive profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of sales, account management, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
• Experience in electrical infrastructure, power distribution, transformers, EV technologies, industrial motors/generators, utilities, smart grid technologies, or data center power systems.
• Demonstrated success creating and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan across North America.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, end-users, and channel stakeholders.
• Expand relationships within EV and transformer markets.
• Re-engage underpenetrated transformer accounts and uncover new opportunities.
• Build relationships with engineering, procurement, product development, and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with Application Development, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams.
