Job summary

Arclin is seeking a commercially driven Nomex Energy Solutions Business Development Manager to accelerate growth for our Nomex Energy Solutions portfolio across North America. This is a remote role supporting electrification markets, EV OEMs, power distribution, motors, and transformers.

This role will drive market development across NA, coordinating with engineering, procurement, product development, marketing, and sales teams to deliver strategic growth plans and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of sales, account management, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
• Experience in electrical infrastructure, power distribution, transformers, EV technologies, or data center power systems.
• Demonstrated success creating and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Ability to travel throughout North America (approximately 50%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan across North America.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, end-users, and channel stakeholders.
• Expand relationships within EV and transformer markets.
• Re-engage underpenetrated transformer accounts and uncover new opportunities.
• Build relationships with engineering, procurement, product development, and executive stakeholders.
