Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to act as a customer-facing endpoint security expert. This role requires a consultative approach to security projects and the ability to develop and deliver new security services offerings to address customer requests.

The position is remote and must reside in the Northeast region of the US as required for business needs. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, stay up to date on security technologies, and create

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years experience in Security Pre‑Sales Consulting.
• Advanced certification in CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH or related certifications preferred.
• Travel to client locations up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO/CSO/CISO and procurement to strengthen client relationships.
• Understand SHI service offerings across solution areas via training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through training sessions.
• Stay current on technology trends, market behavior, and industry landscape.
• Engage in lab work to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to support cybersecurity engagements and use cases.
