Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint, a customer-facing security expert who guides security projects and helps develop new services offerings.

This remote Northeast US position supports business needs and SHI management decisions. The role requires deep endpoint security knowledge, collaboration with CIOs/CSOs, and ability to educate sales teams on security solutions, while staying current with market trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years experience in Security Pre‑Sales Consulting.
• Advanced certification in CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security or relevant certifications preferred.
• Travel to client locations up to 20%, for meetings, internal meetings or engagements; extended hours for special projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO/CSO/CISOs, security engineers and procurement to strengthen customer relationships.
• Understand SHI’s security service offerings and expand knowledge through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies.
• Stay current on security trends and industry landscape.
• Develop collateral and use cases to support cybersecurity engagements.
