Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Endoscopy digital implementations. You will own and deliver complex projects, coordinating clinical and technical workstreams, guiding from intake through closure, and ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder leadership, with travel to customer sites as needed. A healthcare IT/PM background and EHR familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, IT, engineering, clinical sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare IT, medical-device implementation, or related PM roles.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing projects with multiple workstreams.
• Strong planning, risk tracking, and status reporting skills.
• Knowledge of hospital IT practices, software/cloud infra, and deployments.
• EHR integration familiarity preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID/logs, and status reports.
• Lead kickoffs, governance, and go-live readiness reviews.
• Serve as the liaison among customers, sales, clinical and service teams.
• Coordinate implementation activities for Endoscopy medical-device systems and hospital infra.
• Ensure site readiness, access, connectivity, configuration, and deployment sequencing.
• Guide activities through planning, training, go-live, stabilization, adoption, and closure.
• Identify and manage risks across scope, schedule, cost, and adoption.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate critical risks through governance.
• Document customer concerns and ensure proper routing and escalation.
