Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager for MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success to lead Endoscopy digital implementation projects. You will coordinate clinical, IT, and vendor teams, manage risks, and drive customer adoption while delivering on scope, schedule, and quality.

The role requires strong communication, project leadership, and the ability to influence without direct authority across multiple stakeholders. Travel to sites may be required; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field plus 3+ years healthcare IT or medical-device implementation experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, customer-facing projects with multiple workstreams.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk, and issue-tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake through closure, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, adoption, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and status reports; lead governance and go-live readiness reviews.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, vendors, and leadership; translate technical requirements into executable plans; ensure clear next steps and acceptance criteria.
