Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager for MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success to lead Endoscopy digital implementation projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and quality, and ensure customer adoption and measurable outcomes across healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities include developing plans, leading governance and go-live readiness reviews, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, IT, engineering, clinical sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare IT or medical-device implementation, SaaS implementation, or professional services.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing projects with multiple workstreams.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with IT systems, hospital IT practices, software/cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake through closure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, workstream schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, communication plans, and status reports.
• Lead project kickoffs, governance meetings, technical and clinical workstream meetings, milestone reviews, go-live readiness reviews, and project closeout activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison among customers, internal project teams, sales, clinical product specialists, service engineers, customer success, vendors, and line management.
• Plan and coordinate implementation activities for Endoscopy medical-device systems, including equipment, workstations, software, network products, and hospital infrastructure.
• Coordinate site readiness, technical requirements, access, connectivity, configuration, and deployment sequencing with IT and clinical teams.
• Coordinate equipment setup, organization, installation, configuration, testing, updates, and readiness activities.
• Guide activities through planning, implementation, training, go-live, stabilization, adoption, and closure with clear next steps.
