Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager for MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success to lead Endoscopy digital implementation projects, translating clinical and technical requirements into executable plans and guiding teams through planning, go-live, and adoption.

You will coordinate with customers, internal teams, and vendors, manage risks, and ensure quality and timely delivery across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, information technology, engineering, clinical sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare IT, medical-device implementation, SaaS implementation, professional services, consulting, or related project management work.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing projects with multiple workstreams.
• Developing project plans, managing scope and schedule, coordinating stakeholders, tracking risks and issues, reporting status.
• Knowledge of IT systems, hospital IT practices, software and cloud infrastructure; EHR integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, workstream schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, communication plans, and status reports.
• Lead project kickoffs, governance meetings, technical/clinical workstream meetings, milestone reviews, go-live readiness reviews, and closeout activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison among customers, internal teams, sales, clinical product specialists, service engineers, customer success, vendors, and management.
