IQVIA seeks a Project Manager for MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success leading Endoscopy digital implementation projects. You will own delivery end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, quality and adoption.

You will partner with IT, clinical engineering and hospital leadership, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Travel to customer sites is required; role is home-based with travel as needed, 40 hours/week.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, information technology, engineering, clinical sciences, or related fields.
• 3+ years in healthcare IT, medical-device implementation, SaaS implementation, or related project management.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing projects with multiple workstreams.
• Experience developing project plans, managing scope/schedule, coordinating stakeholders, tracking risks.
• Knowledge of IT systems, hospital IT practices, software/cloud infrastructure, and hardware/software deployments.

Mansioni

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, communication plans, status reports.
• Lead kickoffs, governance meetings, workstream meetings, go-live readiness reviews, and closeout activities.
• Serve as liaison among customers, internal teams, sales, clinical product specialists, services, vendors, and line management.
• Coordinate equipment setup, installation, testing, updates, and readiness activities.
• Guide activities through planning, implementation, training, go-live, stabilization, adoption, and closure.
