Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Project Manager for MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success to lead Endoscopy digital implementations, coordinating clinical and IT workstreams across multiple sites. The role requires travel to customer sites and is primarily home-based with an estimated 40 hours per week.

You will translate clinical requirements into executable plans, maintain comprehensive project artifacts, and manage risks, issues, and communications to ensure successful go-lives and customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, information technology, engineering, clinical sciences, or related fields; other education/experience considered in similar roles.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, medical-device implementation, SaaS implementation, professional services, consulting, or related project management work.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing projects involving multiple technical, clinical, operational, or vendor workstreams.
• Demonstrated experience developing project plans, managing scope and schedule, coordinating stakeholders, tracking risks and issues, and reporting status.
• Working knowledge of IT systems and processes, hospital IT practices, software/cloud infrastructure, and hardware/software deployment; EHR integration preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake through closure, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, quality, adoption, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, workstream schedules, RAID/logs, decision logs, communication plans, and status reports.
• Lead project kickoffs, governance meetings, technical/clinical workstreams, go-live readiness reviews, and closeout activities.
• Serve as liaison among customers, internal project teams, sales, clinical product specialists, service engineers, customer success, vendors, and line management.
