Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager for MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success to lead Endoscopy digital implementations. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, translate clinical and technical requirements, and ensure project milestones are met with high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and risk management, with travel to customer sites as needed. This is a home-based position with onsite and travel requirements in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake through closure, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, quality, adoption, and outcomes.
Develop and maintain project plans, workstream schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, communication plans, and status reports.
Lead kickoffs, governance meetings, workstream meetings, go-live readiness reviews, and project closeout activities.
Serve as primary liaison among customers, internal teams, sales, clinical product specialists, service engineers, customer success, vendors, and management.
Plan and coordinate implementation activities for Endoscopy medical-device systems, including equipment, software, and infrastructure.
Coordinate site readiness, requirements, access, connectivity, configuration, and deployment sequencing with customer IT and clinicians.
Manage equipment setup, installation, configuration, testing, and readiness activities per procedures and customer needs.
Guide activities through planning, implementation, training, go-live, stabilization, adoption, and closure with clear ownership of next steps and acceptance criteria.
Identify and manage risks across scope, schedule, cost, readiness, adoption, quality, security, and customer satisfaction.
Prioritize and resolve issues; escalate critical risks and decisions following governance.
Ensure complaint handling, quality, and service procedures are followed for customer concerns.
Promote safe, repeatable implementation practices across sites and teams.
Build relationships with technical, clinical, operational, executive, and vendor stakeholders.
Translate complex information into clear decisions and updates for diverse audiences.
Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities and influence outcomes without authority.
Maintain customer confidence by setting expectations and following through on commitments.
