Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager, MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success to lead Endoscopy digital implementation projects and serve as the primary liaison for customers and internal teams.

You will own delivery from intake to closure, develop robust project plans, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage risks and issues, and ensure training and go-live readiness, driving adoption with hospital IT, clinical, and operations stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare IT, medical-device implementation, or related PM work.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream customer-facing projects.
• Ability to translate clinical/technical requirements into executable plans.
• Proficiency with IT systems, hospital IT practices, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake to closure, ensuring scope, schedule and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, workstream schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Lead governance, go-live readiness reviews, and project closeout activities.
• Serve as primary liaison among customers, internal teams, sales, clinical specialists, and vendors.
