Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager for MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success to lead Endoscopy digital implementation projects in the United States. You will coordinate across clinical, technical, and vendor teams to translate requirements into executable plans and maintain customer confidence throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong project leadership, governance facilitation, and proactive risk management, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, IT, engineering, clinical sciences, or related field; education or experience considered in similar roles
• Experience leading complex customer-facing projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project, service management, CRM, or related business systems.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake through closure, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, quality, adoption, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, workstream schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, and status reports.
• Lead project kickoffs, governance meetings, and go-live readiness reviews; manage reviews and closeout activities.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, sales, clinical product specialists, service engineers, and vendors.
