Job summary

3M is seeking an End User Sales Representative to drive growth in an assigned territory within the OEM/Specialty division. You will work with distributors, end users and internal teams to promote the 3M product line and maximize revenue.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, 3 years of field sales experience, and a valid driver's license. You may work remotely within the United States, with travel up to 40% domestically and relocation possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher completed and verified before start.
• Three (3) years of field/sales experience in a related environment.
• Current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in an assigned territory by engaging distributors, end users and internal teams.
• Apply brand value propositions and training to maximize revenue for the product portfolio.
• Plan territory activities and coordinate resources to meet quarterly objectives.
• Show leadership with accounts, teammates and customers; mentor others when needed.
