Job summary

3M is seeking an End User Sales Representative to grow sales across a defined US territory by partnering with distributors and end users. You will promote the 3M product line, apply the sales process, and leverage social selling to drive revenue while representing the business unit’s products and services.

You will coordinate territory planning, demonstrate leadership, train other reps when needed, and continually develop your skills in market, product and selling techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher completed and verified prior to start.
• 3 years of field/channel sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment, including experience in the Electrical/OEM industry.
• Current, valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Growing sales in an assigned territory for the OEM/Specialty division by collaborating with distributors, end users and internal teams.
• Apply the sales process, promote 3M products and use social selling to connect with customers.
• Plan territory activities, manage time/resources and report market conditions to supervision.
• Demonstrate leadership with accounts and peers, and assist in training other sales reps as needed.
• Continuously develop skills related to market, products and selling techniques.
