ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Sales Representative, End User in Arizona. You will call on facility managers, security directors, and other decision makers in end-user accounts, while collaborating with partners such as wholesalers and integrators to maximize impact.

The role requires a college or university degree or comparable experience, 2–3 years in sales, and proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Remote/hybrid work from Arizona with travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• College/University degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Call on Facility Managers and IT Directors within end-user accounts.
• Partner with wholesalers, integrators, locksmiths, and distributors.
• Develop short and long-term sales plans and build a trusted client network.
• Present door opening solutions as a consultant and identify client needs.
