ASSA ABLOY is hiring a Sales Representative for end user accounts in Arizona. You will engage Facility Managers and IT Directors, collaborate with partners, and sell door opening solutions across commercial segments.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience in building-related industries, CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 10% while working in a hybrid environment from Arizona.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in building materials or construction preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Call on Facility Managers, Security Directors, IT Directors, and Construction/Planning Departments within end user accounts.
• Partner with wholesalers, integrators, locksmiths, and distributors to maximize impact.
• Sell door opening solutions as a consultant to diverse audiences.
• Develop short and long-term sales plans and identify client needs.
