Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking an experienced enablement professional to drive GTM content and programs across marketing, sales, and operations in a fully remote US role. You will build playbooks, campaigns, and partner assets while managing enablement platforms and measuring impact.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in B2B enablement, strong writing/PM skills, and a proven ability to collaborate across functions. This is a one-month contract with potential extension and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B enablement, partner/ GTM marketing or related.
• Translating complex priorities into enablement materials.
• Experience managing content hubs, portals, newsletters, or live forums.
• Strong writing, PM, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, partner, product, and operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with networking/IoT or industrial teams preferred.
• Experience with performance reporting or AI-enabled workflows preferred.
• US-based W2 candidate; sponsorship unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Develop enablement plans for launches, thought leadership, campaigns, training, and partner activation.
• Create sales playbooks, seller talk tracks, and modular content bundles covering messaging, proof points, objections, and next steps.
• Develop partner campaign kits, email and newsletter content, webinar materials, calls to action, and follow-up paths.
• Manage content channels and enablement platforms to keep materials current, discoverable, and aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate workback plans, readiness activities, launch communications, and stakeholder follow-through.
• Collaborate with product marketing, partner marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Monitor performance and adoption to improve content relevance, speed, and effectiveness.
• Contribute to internal thought leadership, client case studies, learning materials, and Digital Transformation practice content.
• Attend internal practice meetings, networking events, and collaborate on career development opportunities.
