Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation seeks an experienced Enablement Program Manager to support the Hotels team in a remote contract role. You will develop training programs, optimize our learning tech stack, and scale hotel partnerships globally.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enablement/L&D with hands-on Salesforce and course authoring experience, plus familiarity with Highspot, Articulate, Looker, and Looker. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive measurable learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enablement, L&D, or sales operations with Salesforce experience
• Ability to read Salesforce structures and communicate downstream impact
• Experience creating quick reference guides, one-pagers, and short videos
• Hands-on course authoring and content ops experience with tools like Articulate
• Experience publishing, organizing, and tracking content in Highspot or similar platforms
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and scalable enablement programs

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Salesforce resource library for field teams
• Track Salesforce changes and update resources proactively
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins and ops to anticipate shipping changes
• Support enablement for major tool launches and content requirements
• Build role-based resources for Market Managers, Market Associates, and Account Executives
• Support onboarding program administration across teams
