Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to scale a GTM team through training programs and robust resources. You will own the Salesforce resource library and collaborate with admins to stay ahead of releases, designing role-based content for sales roles and leading onboarding initiatives.

The role emphasizes fast-paced ownership, independent program delivery, and smart use of AI tools to improve efficiency across hospitality-related partnerships. Remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enablement, learning & development, or sales ops with 3+ years in sales enablement on Salesforce.
• Navigate Salesforce orgs, understand objects, fields, types, and reporting impacts.
• Create just-in-time content: one-pagers, guides, videos, in-tool guidance.
• Proficient with Articulate and publishing in Highspot for access control and analytics.
• End-to-end programs with independence; proactive and scalable.
• Experience across regions; ability to iterate with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce resource library for field teams and managers, including guides and short sessions.
• Track Salesforce changes and update resources before workflows roll out.
• Partner with Salesforce admins to anticipate releases and impacts.
• Support enablement for major tool launches with fast turns and evolving needs.
• Create role-based resources for Market Managers, Market Associates, and Account Executives.
• Administer onboarding program: access requests, toolkit updates, scheduling, follow-through.
