Talentoma is seeking an Employee Experience Associate who will operate remotely from Ohio to support new employees during onboarding. The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment and involves coordinating with HR, managers, trainers, and IT to resolve routine requests.

You will review emails, confirm orientation details, use Workday for status updates, and share approved information and reminders to ensure a smooth new hire experience while protecting privacy and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn HR systems such as Workday.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to organize competing requests and keep notes.
• Commitment to protecting employee privacy.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming employee emails and requests in a support platform and organize next steps by urgency.
• Check orientation requests against session info, confirming department, manager and outstanding steps.
• Use an HR system such as Workday to check onboarding task status and update progress.
• Send approved welcome information, orientation reminders, and practical instructions for resources and contacts.
• Coordinate orientation attendance with employees, managers and trainers and communicate changes.
• Answer routine questions about workplace resources and recognition programs using approved guidance.
• Route system access issues to IT support and follow up with the contact person.
