Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a fully remote Onboarding Associate based in Indiana to help new clients complete service setup and understand the next steps. The role sits in the client support team, reporting to a customer service team lead, and focuses on keeping onboarding tasks moving toward completion.

Expect a 40-hour weekly commitment from a home office. You will work with clients, account contacts, and the support team to ensure timely and accurate updates, while using HubSpot and Salesforce

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience in onboarding or support is a plus.
• Willingness to learn HubSpot and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to track progress and follow up reliably.
• Access to a quiet workspace with reliable internet and computer.

Responsibilities

• Review onboarding requests and identify required setup steps.
• Confirm business contact details and service selections with clients.
• Send welcoming messages detailing onboarding steps and responsibilities.
• Guide clients through activation steps using approved instructions.
• Record actions and next steps in the CRM for team visibility.
• Coordinate tasks with contacts and support team.
• Follow up on missing information to move onboarding forward.
• Escalate issues with context to the team lead when needed.
• Ensure complete onboarding steps and smooth handoff to support.
• Meet quality expectations and suggest process improvements.
