Qualifications

• 2-4 years of life/benefits experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Life/Health insurance license or ability to obtain quickly preferred
• Professional insurance designations (CPCU, CIC, etc.) preferred
• Thorough knowledge of insurance markets
• Ability to travel locally and overnight as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with service needs and account changes
• Market and submit proposals and renewals
• Maintain records of marketing activity and carriers used
• Communicate policy coverage and changes to clients
• Support enrollment meetings and client education
• Process policy document reviews, endorsements, and audits
• Maintain suspense files and logs; ensure timely follow-up
