Job summary

Insurica in Oklahoma City is seeking an Employee Benefits Assistant Account Manager to provide administrative support to colleagues, clients, and carriers. You will help maintain service and sales standards and ensure quality and service guidelines are followed.

This role focuses on client data management, benefits processing, enrollment coordination, and working with carriers to implement new plans. Strong organization, communication, and license maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• Agent’s license or ability to obtain.
• Insurance benefits experience preferred.
• 4 Year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new client and update existing client information in CRM.
• Keep client files up to date for clients and carriers.
• Facilitate claims, billing, and eligibility resolution; refer to other team members as needed.
• Assist with life transitions, including Medicare, COBRA eligibility.
• Gather census data and renewal information for client renewals and RFPs.
• Analyze market proposals to verify benefits and rates.
• Prepare enrollment materials and client presentations.
• Coordinate plan installation with carriers and enrollment meetings.
• Handle requests for individual insurance and transfers to small group team.
• Provide service to life insurance customers and maintain files.
• Distribute/scan department mail to the team.
• Refer prospects to Commercial/Personal Lines for cross-sell.
• Maintain licenses and stay current on legislative changes.
