Qualifications

• Agent’s license or ability to quickly obtain.
• Previous insurance employee benefits experience, insurance/HR designations preferred.
• 4 Year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new client and update existing client information in CRM.
• Keep client files up to date for clients and carriers.
• Coordinate enrollment processes with carriers and internal teams.
• Prepare materials for renewal cycles and client presentations.
• Assist with life transitions, COBRA eligibility, and Medicare considerations.
• Support claims, billing and eligibility resolution.
• Refer clients to Commercial and Personal Lines as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
