Job summary

Inszone Insurance Services is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support sales and provide service for customers. This role is responsible for policy changes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must have relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and an active license in the appropriate field. This is a full-time, onsite role in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Support designated staff.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
• Always protect the best interest of the company and customer.
