INSURICA, Inc. is seeking an Employee Benefit Account Manager to assist clients with service needs, process changes, and support marketing efforts for new and renewal accounts.

The role emphasizes accurate submissions, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with producers, and ensuring policy details, endorsements, and billing are correct while staying informed on market options and competitive carriers.

Competenze

• Experience with employee benefits and life/health insurance preferred.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to review and prepare accurate submissions and policy data.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with service needs and changes to existing accounts.
• Support marketing for new and renewal accounts as directed by the producer.
• Ensure proposals, submissions, and applications meet company requirements.
• Maintain records of accounts marketed, carriers used, and current status.
• Review rates, premiums, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Coordinate with producers and departments on client inquiries and billing.
