Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an Account Executive to retain co-broker small employer group accounts, maintain client relationships with carriers, and suggest new coverage lines. This remote role requires an active Life & Health license and strong knowledge of Mid-Atlantic group benefits.

The ideal candidate will manage renewals, engage producers, and educate clients on available products and tools, while collaborating within a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health license required.
• Associate’s degree preferred; minimum two years in small group health benefits.
• Strong knowledge of carrier plan features, benefits, and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience with group health insurance brokers or carriers is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; comfortable with multiple browsers.

Responsibilities

• Represent CRC Benefits services professionally to sustain sales and growth with clients.
• Manage renewal process for assigned clients.
• Meet with clients/producer to present renewal options and go to market if needed.
• Provide information on carrier administrative procedures and product availability.
• Follow up on service issues and renewals.
• Build and maintain client and carrier relationships by phone, email, and in person.
• Educate clients on employee benefits tools and resources.
• Cross-sell and suggest new lines of coverage at renewal.
• Conduct group meetings/webinars to educate customers.
• Develop knowledge of insurance markets and products to provide added value.
