Job summary

Liberty Company Insurance Brokers LLC is seeking a large group Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage a book of business, renewals, compliance, and strategic planning. The role collaborates with clients, carriers, and Producers to deliver comprehensive benefit packages.

Qualified candidates will have 6+ years in employee benefits, broker experience for 100–1,000 employees, and an active CA Life & Health license.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of employee benefits experience with 4+ years broker experience for 100–1,000 employees.
• Mastery of group benefits (medical, dental, vision, ancillary) and ERISA compliance.
• Active CA Accident Life & Health License required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data management software; benefits software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of assigned clients with various sizes and plans.
• Manage client renewals, marketing, and carrier negotiations.
• Lead client meetings including renewals and open enrollment.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive revenue.
• Develop and maintain carrier and vendor relationships.
