Job summary

Apex Microtechnology, a leader in precision power analog components, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive territory growth across EMEA and manage manufacturer representatives. You will engage with design engineers, coordinate resources, and push for long‑term profitable opportunities.

The role requires traveling to maintain customer relationships and to secure new business while coordinating with product and marketing teams for growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Regional Sales Management in Industrial Systems, Medical Equipment, or Military Electronics markets.
• Experience selling complex electronic hardware across multiple channels and verticals.
• Proven ability to drive design wins and manage manufacturer representatives.
• Strong communication across internal teams and with customers at all levels.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to travel ~50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities with new and existing accounts.
• Grow revenue through design wins and relationship building.
• Manage and develop local Manufacturer Representatives for long‑term growth.
• Visit customers regularly to align Apex resources with design engineers.
• Communicate market opportunities to product development and marketing.
• Prepare status reports: forecasting, pipeline, activity, and goals.
